How to Pay
We accept cash, checks (made payable to Luther Burbank Center for the Arts), MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover Card. There is a 15% per ticket convenience fee added to orders placed by phone or online (10% for Family Fun Series shows). There are no additional fees for tickets purchased in person at our ticket office.
Our Patron & Member Services staff will help you select the best seats possible at the time of purchase, and you can also select your own seats when purchasing online at lutherburbankcenter.org. You may view our Seating Chart to better understand the layout of our theater and help assist with this process. Unless otherwise indicated, all seats are reserved, and switching to a seat other than the one indicated on your ticket is not allowed. Most performances offer blocks of tickets in varying price ranges. Many performances do sell-out. Members of Luther Burbank Center for the Arts receive priority ticketing and may purchase tickets before the general public. All purchases are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
For most performances, there is a limit of eight (8) tickets per performance per person (regardless of the number of transactions). Ticket purchases are closely monitored and any tickets purchased above the limit will be voided without notice.
Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets may be reprinted for reserved-seating performances only and will be available for pick-up one hour prior to the performance. Please present your current picture ID at the Patron & Member Services Office. There is a $2.00 per ticket reprint fee.
For our patron’s own security, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase tickets from any supplier other than Luther Burbank Center for the Arts. Only tickets purchased directly from Luther Burbank Center for the Arts can be guaranteed, and tickets purchased from any other source are done so at your own risk and may be deemed invalid. The re-sale of tickets on Luther Burbank Center for the Arts property is strictly prohibited. Members re-selling tickets purchased during a member pre-sale period will void their membership privileges.
The ticket holder is admitted on condition, and by use of the ticket agrees that (1) the ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter the facility and observe the event, (2) the holder grants unrestricted right and license to use the holder’s likeness incidental to any broadcast, telecast, photograph taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event, and (3) the holder is not allowed to transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the Event, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction, or other information concerning the Event. Patrons who engage in illegal activities, are intoxicated, or are otherwise disruptive will be escorted from the property without refund.
Accommodations for Patrons with Disabilities
The main floor level of the theater has accessible seating for people with mobility limitations. You must notify the Box Office of any special needs at the time of your ticket purchase. Ushers are available at the theater doors. Please explain to the usher how best to assist you if needed.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are available for our patrons at no cost, and can be checked out from the ticket office upon arrival.
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the main floor level.
Ample parking is available for persons with handicapped placards. Spaces are located just outside the Center’s north and south entrances.
Certified service animals necessary to assist patrons with disabilities are welcome and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Please contact the Patron & Member Services Office if you intend to bring a service animal to an event so appropriate seating can be reserved for you.
No one is allowed backstage prior to, during, or after any performance without proper authorization and identification.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Taking photographs or making a recording of any kind during a performance is forbidden. This copyright infringement is strictly enforced. Flashes from cameras or lights from video recorders can result in on-stage injuries.
In the interest in the safety, security, and comfort of all patrons, Selfie Sticks are not allowed inside the building, including at performances.
We are committed to providing quality experiences for audience members of all ages. Our feature performances (generally with an 8pm start time) are designed for adults and, in most cases, children under the age of 5 are not permitted. Please check with a box office representative prior to purchasing tickets for possible exceptions to this policy. Family events with afternoon and early evening start times are suited for children and recommended for children ages 3-12. All children, regardless of age, are required to have tickets. As a courtesy to all audience members, we ask parents and guardians to please remove children who may be disturbing others in the theater.
We have concession services available one hour before show times and during intermission (Please note: not all performances have a scheduled intermission). We serve Lagunitas IPA, Victoria Beer, Peroni Beer, Rodney Strong Vineyards wine, Gloria Ferrer Sparkling wine, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Calistoga Berry Juice, Thanksgiving Coffee, Oregon Rain Water and cookies. For an additional $3.00, patrons are also able to enjoy beverages inside the theater with our new Concert Cups. The cup is yours to keep, and may be used at future performances.
Performances start promptly at their scheduled time. Please arrive with plenty of time to park and find your seat. Latecomers and those who leave their seats during a performance will be seated at the first appropriate pause in the program, as predetermined by house staff and performers.
Please remember to silence pagers, cellular phones, and watches before entering the theater.
Many people are allergic to scents. Out of consideration for your fellow audience members, please refrain from using perfume and cologne.
We ask patrons to be respectful of others and behave in an appropriate manner related to the performance they are attending. Please use discretion when choosing whether to remain seated during a performance or to stand and/or dance at your seat. Due to strict fire department regulations it is never permissible to stand in any aisle space. If your enjoyment of a performance is being compromised by other members of the audience, please speak with a house manager, volunteer usher, or a member of our security staff.
Please Note: Standing and/or dancing for extended lengths of time is expected at some performances and is noted on our website and printed show materials. If you prefer not to stand and/or dance at these performances, it is suggested you purchase tickets in the front of the balcony to obtain a clear view of the stage.
Patrons who engage in illegal activities, are intoxicated, or are otherwise disruptive (including heckling, public nudity, and smoking in non-designated areas) will be escorted from the property without refund.
Shoes and shirts are required at all Luther Burbank Center for the Arts events.
Advance ticket purchases and drink coupons are valid for performances presented by Luther Burbank Center for the Arts only and may not be available for co-promote performances or rental events.
Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited and will result in cancellation of membership privileges.
New memberships purchased online are processed and become valid for member pre-sale privileges four (4) business days after your application is submitted. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your active status along with the current pre-sale password. If you are seeking membership immediately prior to a member pre-sale event, please visit the Box Office in person, Monday – Saturday, Noon to 6pm.
Advance notification of upcoming performances and the member password required to purchase tickets before the general public will be provided by email.
Restrooms are located on both the main floor and balcony levels. Additional restrooms are available in the Arts Center’s east mall.
