Cooking Demo with Chef Heather

Announcing our newest program, Feeding our Frontline, a delicious collaboration with Sonoma Family Meal! SFM is utilizing our kitchen while we are closed to the public and we’re thrilled to host them. This organization helps serve approximately 10,000 meals per week to the county’s most vulnerable populations and are also helping feed our neighborhood heroes at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. Chef Heather’s Mojo Pork
2lb pork loin or tenderloin
¼ c. orange juice
¼ c. lime juice
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
¼ teaspoons dry chili flakes
4 cloves garlic
Cilantro
Salt and pepper

Combine all in the food processor. Pulse. Marinate overnight covered in refrigerator. Roast at 400F to a recommended internal temp of 145F. Let rest 5 minutes. Slice and serve hot. Great with mango salsa!
