Easy As Quiche!

Chef Heather whipped up some delicious quiche this week for our neighbors on the frontline! Try this bacon cheddar recipe for a lovely weekend brunch.

Easy Bacon and Cheddar Quiche

1 Unbaked frozen pie crust 9 or 10 inches
2 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
¼-½ c.Cheddar cheese shredded
5 Eggs
1 c. Milk
Salt and pepper

Bake frozen pie crust in 350 degree oven about 10 minutes or until beginning to turn golden brown. Remove from oven. Mix eggs and milk together with whisk or in blender. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Assembly: Add crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar to the bottom of the pre-baked pie crust. Add egg mixture. Return to oven until firm and beginning to brown on top. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.

Experiment with additional fillings. We love cooked spinach or potatoes, caramelized onions, sliced jalapenos, and diced tomatoes.
