Janet Greene

In this multi-media residency, students embody the characters of a magical Russian folk tale through creative movement while applying fundamental dance and music elements. Then students write their own story about a magical creature. The Firebird Suite composed by Igor Stravinsky provides a rich musical score for this multi-dimensional residency led by Janet Greene, Orff Music, Movement, and Integration Specialist.
