Access to the arts for everyone in our community is at the heart of our mission. We’re proud to offer the following financial assistance programs to eligible schools.
The Evert Person Bus Fund
The Evert Person Bus Fund offers financial awards to offset the rising cost of transportation. Since its inception in 2003, our Bus Fund has awarded more than 480 grants to 120 schools, helping more than 40,000 students with the cost of transportation to one of our School Shows!
Qualifying Title One schools, determined by the state to be most in need of assistance, receive the maximum award. This program is made possible by a generous contribution made by Mrs. Evert Person and the Ernest L. and Ruth W. Finley Foundation.

ArtReach for School Shows
As part of our commitment to accessibility, we offer Evert Person’s ArtReach, a free- and reduced-priced ticket program. Students participating in the National Lunch Program receive an automatic discount on seats to School Show performances and, in addition, these groups automatically receive free tickets for teachers and chaperones (one free ticket for each 10 student tickets purchased). These ArtReach benefits can be requested directly on the School Shows order form.
Schools needing further assistance to attend a School Show performance should apply for a scholarship using the button below. Full ArtReach ticket Scholarships are limited and may not be available for all performances. We will confirm receipt of your request via email. If your request is granted, you will receive confirmation via mail.
