A hit on Broadway, the Tony Award®-winning musical, A Year with Frog and Toad, is based on the beloved children’s books by Arnold Lobel. Featuring a jazzy score, this charming musical follows two best friends—cheerful Frog and curmudgeonly Toad—through four, fun-filled seasons, meeting new friends like Man Bird and Lady Bird, Father, Mother and Young Frog, Turtle, Squirrel, and many more. From waking from hibernation in spring to planting gardens in summer, raking leaves in fall, and sledding in winter, A Year with Frog and Toad tells the story of a friendship that endures with wit and heart and celebrates the differences that make us unique and special. Part vaudeville, part make-believe, all charm, it is an inventive, exuberant, and enchanting experience for the whole family.
