The LBC will be following state and local guidelines for operating; however, due to the rapidly changing guidelines from the state, we are unable to guarantee what the exact protocols may be by the end of August. Patrons should expect changes in health and safety protocols, the most restrictive may be the requirement to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination or negative Covid-19 test result, and when not eating or drinking, wearing a mask. Concessions may also be limited and may not be allowed in the main theater. We are asking patrons to check here (link to Covid-19 Update) for the most up-to-date protocols.
The LBC is utilizing Bindle to assist with efficient entry to your performance. Bindle is an app for your smartphone that allows you to securely store your Covid-19 vaccine record and ID to create a certificate pass and easily prove your health status. Please note that we will not accept self-attestation.
- To join Bindle, follow these instructions.
Please note: Bindle is a third-party app; the LBC does not have access to your private account. For issues with your Bindle account, please see Bindle frequently asked questions or contact the company directly.
- When you arrive at the LBC, have your Certificate Pass open and ready to be viewed by the staff.
Convenient onsite parking is included with your ticket purchase.
Restrooms are located on the main floor and balcony levels, including new, expanded restrooms on the balcony level. Additional restrooms are available in the Atrium.
Concessions services are available one hour before show times and during intermission (when applicable). Following state mandates we will not be allowing drinks in the theater, including water. Click here to view our concessions menu.

In the interest in the safety, security, and comfort of all patrons, Selfie Sticks are not allowed inside the building, including at performances. Please be considerate of other audience members and help us by adhering to these rules.

We are committed to providing quality experiences for audience members of all ages. Our feature performances (generally with an 8pm start time) are designed for adults; children under the age of five are not permitted. Please check with a Patron & Member Services representative prior to purchasing tickets for possible exceptions to this policy. Family events with afternoon and early evening start times are suited for children and recommended for children ages 3-12. Everyone entering the theater, regardless of age, is required to have tickets. For the Clover Sonoma Family Fun Series performances, and selected other family performances, lap passes are available for children under 2 years of age. As a courtesy to all audience members, we ask parents and guardians to please remove children who may be disturbing others in the theater.

Please remember to silence all electronic devices before entering the theater.
We ask that you be respectful of others and behave in an appropriate manner related to the performance you are attending. It is never permissible to stand in any aisle space. Ushers and security representatives are available should you need assistance.
Patrons who engage in illegal activities, are intoxicated, or are otherwise disruptive (including heckling, public nudity, and smoking in non-designated areas) will be escorted from the property without refund. Shoes and shirts are required at all events.
