Updates to Enhance Your LBC Experience
We’re always looking for ways to make your time at the LBC smoother, more convenient, and even more rewarding. From refund protection to exclusive perks for small business teams and thoughtful gift memberships, these upgrades put more ease and joy into every visit.
New Ticketing Refund Protection
The LBC offers ticket refund protection through Secure My Booking, allowing you to recover 100% of the ticket price paid (including all order fees) if you are unable to attend your performance due to extraordinary circumstances, like injury, illness, or severe weather. Get complete details about Ticket Refund Protection on our Ticketing webpage. (Ticket protection can only be purchased during the checkout process.)
A Small Business Perk with Big Applause
Looking for an easy, feel-good perk for your employees? For small business owners who are members of the LBC, we have a special offer that allows you to provide your employees exclusive LBC benefits. Your team gets early alert emails for new shows (so they can snag the best seats before the public on-sale) plus access to the pre-show Club. It’s a simple, affordable, and scalable way to support local arts and give your employees a perk that turns an ordinary evening into something memorable.
Give in Their Honor. Treat Them Like a Member.
Celebrate someone you love and the arts with our gift membership program. When members donate to a favorite LBC program in a friend’s honor, that gift does double duty. It supports the work that matters most to you while treating your friend to real, feel-good perks. Honored friends enjoy member benefits like early alert emails for new shows, giving them first crack at the best seats before public on-sale, plus access to donor events throughout the year. It’s a thoughtful way to give back, share the love of live performance, and make someone’s next visit to LBC even more memorable.
