Committed to continuously improving your experience at the LBC, we’ve installed a new walk-through security system at the north and south entrances to the building. The new security system streamlines the screening process and keeps lines moving more efficiently, allowing you to move safely through the security process, while reducing time spent waiting in line.
Your safety is our priority.
For a secure and efficient entry experience, all guests will pass through the new security screening system before entering the venue. The only exceptions are the ancillary entrances where manual screening will remain in place for donor receptions prior to select performances.
How it Works
- In most cases, you can keep your tickets, phone, keys, wallet, jewelry, and other everyday personal items with you.
- Walk through the gate at your normal pace. There’s no need to stop unless directed by security personnel.
- If the system indicates additional screening is needed, simply follow the guidance of our security team. Proceed to a friendly volunteer to scan your ticket.
- Enjoy the show!
Follow any other instructions provided by our event staff. If additional screening is required, a member of our security team will assist you promptly so you can continue enjoying the performance.

To ensure the fastest possible entry for everyone, we encourage you to:
- Have your ticket or mobile pass ready before reaching the entrance.
- Arrive a little early, especially for sold-out events.
- Leave bags and prohibited items at home or in your vehicle.
- Follow directions from event staff and security personnel.
